What South Africa has done for red wine they have matched and then bettered in the world of white wine. So many exciting things are happening in this space right now. Even though Vin de Constance has a French name it is 100 percent South African - this multi awarded white wine should be on everyone’s bucket list to try at least once. Since those historic days, the wineries of the Cape have been entrusted to winemakers of our time. This was recently confirmed by respected Master of Wine Tim Atkin who said “What South Africa has achieved, not just since 1994, but in the nine years that I have been writing this report is truly remarkable. No other wine industry has made such strides, no other wine industry possesses such energy or excitement.”
